The paralegal will support a Fort Worth Partner by preparing legal documents, pleadings, and motions while managing client and court correspondence. Key duties include calculating child support, handling discovery, and assisting attorneys in trial and mediation preparation.
Candidates must have over 5 years of Texas Family Law experience and a solid understanding of the Texas Family Code and Rules of Civil Procedure. An undergraduate degree and a paralegal certification are preferred but not required.

The paralegal will work closely with a Fort Worth Partner to support the firm's clients in a manner that is consistent with our core values and vision. The right candidate must have 5+ years of Texas Family Law experience along with attention to detail, strong organizational and drafting skills, and the ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.

GBA offers a competitive compensation package including a market-competitive base salary commensurate with experience, medical, dental, vision, 401k contributions, holidays including a full week between December 25th through January 1st, PTO, annual bonuses, and more.
