You will lead the development and deployment of Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) programs across construction projects to ensure compliance and safety. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, contractors, and trades to mitigate risks, track performance metrics, and implement best practices.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of experience in program or project management within the construction industry. Proficiency in safety metrics, EHS certifications, and strong communication skills are highly preferred.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As a member of the CSRM, Construction EHS team, you will be responsible for supporting the EHS construction program and team. You will play a critical role by working collaboratively with cross-functional teams across GDC and contractors to protect Google’s interests.
In this role, you will be responsible for the design, development and deployment of EHS programs and initiatives across a defined area. You will work directly with GDC partners, general contractors, electrical/mechanical trades and organizations, key integrators, fabricators, and commissioning agents to improve the EHS programs and performance on our projects. You will engage in pre-qualification evaluations of potential vendors, update the project manual, and communicate EHS expectations. You'll be involved in strategic planning, risk mitigation and on-time delivery. You will be responsible for establishing and tracking a set of performance metrics, developing and implementing best practices including lessons learned regularly reporting out to stakeholders to help the organization scale efficiently.
