The Land Development and Portfolio Manager is responsible for managing land development activities and securing infrastructure to support Google's data center growth. This includes negotiating agreements with vendors, managing relationships with local officials, and ensuring sites are development-ready in alignment with capacity schedules.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree and at least 6 years of experience in business development or negotiating agreements. Preferred qualifications include expertise in land development, zoning, permitting, and managing utility infrastructure projects.

The Land Development and Portfolio Manager ensures sites are development-ready by managing land development activities in alignment with capacity delivery schedules, you will combine your real estate development knowledge with tech industry savvy to ensure we have a healthy portfolio of sites ready for development to support Google's growth.
You will work with specific project teams on site development, delivering off-site utility infrastructure, managing relationships with local officials, utilities, and AHJ’s (Authority Having Jurisdiction), and presenting portfolio recommendations to our Tech leadership.
