The Shift Supervisor manages daily store operations, including opening, closing, and delegating tasks to team members. They are responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling financial reports, and maintaining store cleanliness and inventory.
Candidates must be high school graduates with at least one year of retail experience in cashiering and inventory duties. Physical ability to lift over 40 pounds and availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts are required.
