The role is responsible for researching and securing Total Facility Management contracts within Federal, State, and commercial markets, specifically through the Ability One program. This includes managing the preparation of SSNs, RFQs, and RFIs, as well as overseeing the operational startup of won contracts.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in engineering and possess at least five years of leadership experience in facility operations and three years of business management experience. Proficiency in project management, budgeting, and the ability to obtain security clearances are also required.

Tasked with the responsibility of researching and locating Total Facility Management contracts in Federal, State, and commercial markets. The emphasis of this research will be primarily in the Federal Government market through the Ability One program. This position will be responsible for preparing and submitting Sources Sought Notices through the Ability One process, Requests for Quotations, and Requests for Information documents.
