Oversee the maintenance, operations, and safety of all owned and leased properties for Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin. Supervise facility staff and contractors while managing preventative maintenance programs and building systems.
Requires a minimum of five years of supervisory experience in facilities management, preferably in a multi-site environment. A bachelor's degree and professional certification in facilities management are preferred.

The Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance, operations, and overall condition of all owned and leased properties for Goodwill of South Central Wisconsin (GSCWI) and affiliated corporations. This role ensures facilities are safe, functional, and well-maintained to support operational excellence and advance Goodwill’s mission.

Travel Required: Daily travel to different worksites, as needed.
