The Roving Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing general maintenance, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairs across various residential properties. They must also conduct property inspections, manage Capex projects, and respond to after-hours emergency calls.
Candidates must have at least two years of apartment maintenance experience and possess EPA certification. The role requires a personal vehicle, personal tools, and the ability to travel and work weekends as needed.
