We believe that through the Church and Community, there can be More Than Enough care for every child, through the power of Care-Sharing and the love of Jesus. Our goal is to scale meaningful connections through the local church, making a lasting impact on the lives of everyone involved. This is a community-based, relationship-driven role. Network Leaders are the primary boots-on-the-ground presence of CarePortal, working directly with churches, agencies, champions, implementing partners and community partners to build trust and expand the network.

Network Leaders will spend time in the community, meeting with partners, hosting gatherings, and developing relationships that lead to long-term engagement and impact. Network Leaders focus on establishing market growth strategy, relationship development, recruitment, and local market growth through in-person engagement.

Success in this role comes from the ability to build trust, activate new participants, and strengthen the overall health of the local ecosystem, not just drive activity.

Identify and pursue opportunities to grow participation across churches, agencies, and champions
Monitor ecosystem balance through facilitation of strategy meetings with onboarding specialists and engagement specialists to identify, discuss and solve issues and opportunities.

Relationship Building

Establish trust and long-term engagement through consistent, in-person presence

Customer Growth

Recruit and enroll new churches, agencies, and champions
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective partners
Follow up on leads and move prospects through to onboarding

Performance Management

Maintain accurate and consistent pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
Align activities to CarePortal’s Strategic Objectives and KPIs

Coordination & Alignment

Maintain awareness of Onboarding & Engagement activity within assigned markets
Ensure accurate tracking of communication and activity in CRM

Community Engagement

Represent CarePortal in community, faith-based, and agency events
Support and lead local gatherings that drive awareness, connection, and network growth
Maintain consistent presence in the community to strengthen relationships and expand impact

QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Organization

Experience & Skills

Must reside within reasonable geographic proximity to the markets assigned
Experience in sales, partnerships, ministry, or community engagement
Strong relational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
High level of initiative and follow-through
Comfortable engaging diverse faith communities and stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and the ability to quickly learn and lead others in new technology platforms.

The above description is not intended to be comprehensive, but rather a focused list of priorities. Success provides the opportunity to not only build a career but also bring much-needed support and care to local children and families in crisis across the United States.
