Position Summary
The Network Leader is responsible for executing CarePortal’s strategy within a local community by building strong relationships, growing participation, and supporting a healthy Care-Sharing ecosystem.
This is a community-based, relationship-driven role. Network Leaders are the primary boots-on-the-ground presence of CarePortal, working directly with churches, agencies, champions, implementing partners and community partners to build trust and expand the network.
Network Leaders will spend time in the community, meeting with partners, hosting gatherings, and developing relationships that lead to long-term engagement and impact. Network Leaders focus on establishing market growth strategy, relationship development, recruitment, and local market growth through in-person engagement.
Success in this role comes from the ability to build trust, activate new participants, and strengthen the overall health of the local ecosystem, not just drive activity.
Your Responsibilities Include
Market Strategy
Execute local market strategy aligned to state and regional priorities
Identify and pursue opportunities to grow participation across churches, agencies, and champions
Monitor ecosystem balance through facilitation of strategy meetings with onboarding specialists and engagement specialists to identify, discuss and solve issues and opportunities.
Relationship Building
Build and maintain relationships with churches, agencies, and community partners
Meet regularly with prospective partners to expand the network
Establish trust and long-term engagement through consistent, in-person presence
Customer Growth
Recruit and enroll new churches, agencies, and champions
Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective partners
Follow up on leads and move prospects through to onboarding
Performance Management
Track market performance using key metrics
Maintain accurate and consistent pipeline and activity tracking in CRM
Align activities to CarePortal’s Strategic Objectives and KPIs
Coordination & Alignment
Connect churches & agencies recruited to Onboarding Specialists for next activities
Maintain awareness of Onboarding & Engagement activity within assigned markets
Ensure accurate tracking of communication and activity in CRM
Community Engagement
Represent CarePortal in community, faith-based, and agency events
Support and lead local gatherings that drive awareness, connection, and network growth
Maintain consistent presence in the community to strengthen relationships and expand impact
QualificationsWhat You Bring to the Organization
Experience & Skills
Must reside within reasonable geographic proximity to the markets assigned
Experience in sales, partnerships, ministry, or community engagement
Strong relational and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
High level of initiative and follow-through
Comfortable engaging diverse faith communities and stakeholders
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and the ability to quickly learn and lead others in new technology platforms.
