The Manager of Finance for Renewables is responsible for managing financing initiatives, credit ratings, and banking relationships for renewable energy projects. They will also support the business team with financial modeling, business analysis, and the preparation of business cases for lenders.
Candidates must hold a CA or MBA in Finance with at least 8 years of relevant experience in power, infrastructure, manufacturing, or consulting. Strong expertise in project finance, working capital management, and interaction with financial institutions is required.
The Manager - Finance Renewables will be generally responsible for supporting any financing initiatives in renewable energy business including management of all compliance related issues of the existing financing facilities, managing external CRA s for credit ratings and managing current banking relationships. Liaison with lenders/Financial institutions for arranging finance for projects. Support business team for undertaking various business/cost-benefit analysis.
