The Specialist will establish and implement safety management systems and ensure full compliance with DGCA and ICAO regulatory requirements at airport facilities. They are responsible for conducting safety audits, managing hazard logs, and certifying new infrastructure to maintain safe and uninterrupted operations.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or Electronics/Physics, along with recognized safety certifications. A minimum of 12-15 years of relevant experience in airside operations, safety auditing, and regulatory coordination is required.

| Formulate and implement safety and compliance audit program to self-audit the aerodrome for conformity with the requirements to Aerodrome License, DGCA CARs, ICAO Annex 14 and ICAO Doc 9137 (Airport Service Manual) and Doc 9157 (Aerodrome Design Manual) |

| Establish & Implement Safety Management System (SMS), Promulgate Safety Policy and conduct regular internal Safety Promotion Activities for effective implementation. |
