  • Maintain and organize case files, including pleadings and discovery.
  • Retain and coordinate with expert witnesses.
  • Review and evaluate medical records.
  • Prepare ER 904 submissions and other case-related documents as needed.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple deadlines while maintaining accuracy in a high-volume environment.
  • Exercise independent judgment to identify issues, recommend next steps, and support case strategy.

  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and maintain professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in drafting and proofreading legal documents.
  • Competency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, identify and resolve problems, and effectively prioritize competing responsibilities.
  • Experience reviewing and analyzing medical records; experience coordinating with expert witnesses preferred.

Compensation and Benefits: The hourly base pay range for this position is $27.00 to $45.00 per hour, plus bonuses awarded based on production, which may vary by legal team.
