The Localization Program Manager will lead service delivery across marketing and live sports workstreams, coordinating between vendors, producers, and client stakeholders. They are responsible for managing KPIs, operational workflows, resource capacity, and resolving escalations to ensure high-quality program performance.
Candidates must have at least 6 years of experience in localization operations or program management with a strong background in cross-functional team leadership. Proficiency in managing complex workflows, vendor relationships, and performance metrics within a macOS environment is required, along with the ability to work on-site in Culver City.
Role Overview
DATAmundi is seeking experienced Localization Program Manager to support a leading global technology client in delivering multilingual Growth Marketing campaigns and digital content at scale.
The Program Manager will provide centralized leadership across Localization PM/QA Project Managers, Live Sports Producers, vendors and client stakeholders. The role is responsible for service delivery governance, workforce coordination, KPI performance, reporting, escalation management and continuous improvement across Marketing Campaign and Live Sports localization workstreams.
This is an on-site, client-integrated role requiring regular collaboration with client stakeholders and delivery teams operating across remote, part-time and on-site working models.
