The Program Educator/Driver is responsible for maintaining a safe and welcoming classroom environment while facilitating activities and providing mentorship to girls. Additionally, the role involves driving agency vehicles for school pickups and field trips, as well as completing necessary program documentation.
Candidates must hold a high school diploma or college degree and meet specific early childhood education or experience requirements. A valid Nebraska driver's license and the ability to pass a background check are mandatory.

Requirements
You must be able to relate to children. Preference is given to candidates with experience working with children in a structured setting. Must be at least 19 years old. Preference is given to candidates who are 21 years old. Must possess a valid State of Nebraska driver’s license and be accepted as a driver by Girls Inc.’s insurance company.
During the school year, hours are 1:00 p.m. until 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Summer hours average 37.5 hours per week between the hours of 7 a.m. and 6 p.m. Monday through Friday. Schedules may vary when the girls have school holidays or parent-teacher conferences.
Schedules may vary during training weeks. There are occasional opportunities for additional weekend or evening hours.

Pay: $15 per hour
