The People & Culture Generalist supports employee relations, absence management, policy administration, and offboarding processes. This role ensures organizational compliance with employment laws while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role. Strong knowledge of Canadian employment legislation and experience with STD/LTD processes and performance management are required.

GGC is actively searching for a People & Culture Generalist (Contract to December 2027 - Maternity leave coverage)
*Remote work arrangement. Must reside in Canada.
About this Opportunity
Reporting to the Senior Manager, People & Culture the People & Culture Generalist plays a critical role in supporting the People & Culture function with a focus on employee relations, absence management, policy administration, and offboarding processes. This role ensures that all people-related activities align with organizational goals and comply with relevant laws and regulations. The People & Culture Generalist will collaborate closely with leadership and employees to promote a positive work environment and foster strong employee experience.
