About This Opportunity

Reporting to the Team Lead, Outdoor Experiences, in this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the Summer Day Camp experience for 6–12-year-old girls. In this role, you will work directly with GGC girl members and non-members. We are looking for fun, energetic, and responsible individuals who love working with children and want to contribute to an unforgettable experience for campers. As a Summer Day Camp Counsellor, you will help campers explore, challenge themselves, be adventurous, and make lifelong memories

Priority hiring for this position will be given to the applicant(s) who can complete the full contract and/or have experience in girl-centred facilitated experiences. 

Eligibility Criteria: 

This position is funded through the 2026 Canada Summer Jobs Program. 

Applicants must meet the following criteria to qualify for the program: 

Hourly Rate: $17.60/ hour
