The BSA will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to analyze current-state processes and design scalable workflows for the DEEL contractor management platform. Responsibilities include documenting business requirements, creating process maps, and coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst on enterprise system implementations. Experience with DEEL or similar workforce management platforms and knowledge of process modeling tools is highly preferred.
