The Superintendent directs day-to-day coordination of trade partners to ensure high-quality work that meets project schedules. They also act as the primary safety representative and manage jobsite logistics while maintaining thorough documentation.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and possess 4-8 years of experience on large-scale commercial or industrial projects. Professional certifications such as OSHA 30-hour and STS-C are required.
