The Superintendent directs the day-to-day coordination of trade partners and subcontractors to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule. They are responsible for maintaining contract documentation, managing jobsite logistics, and enforcing quality and safety standards.
Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management and possess 4-8 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction. Required certifications include OSHA 30-hour, STS-C, and training in First Aid, CPR, AED, and Stop the Bleed.
