The MEP Manager defines the MEP execution process, oversees MEP staff, and manages the coordination and commissioning of large construction projects. Key duties include supervising subcontracting strategies, performing constructability reviews, and ensuring quality compliance on site.
Candidates must have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and 10-15 years of related field experience. OSHA 30-hour certification and proficiency in scheduling software are also required.

Gilbane is seeking an MEP Manager to define the MEP execution process, oversees all MEP staff, and works on a single, large construction project; may serve as the project manager on projects that are predominantly MEP. This role will sit primarily on the job site, with occasional travel to the office for trainings, meetings, etc.
