Job Description

Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager Invoice to Cash We are looking for someone with deep understanding and ability to perform day-to-day operations while maintaining SLA. Solving queries related to deductions and coordinating with customer Responsibilities: - Relevant experience of Order to Cash processes and insurance industry - Manage End to End Order to Cash processes and business acumen - Ability to meet outlined and expected standards of timeliness and accuracy in completion of work through prioritization of team tasks - Good Knowledge of SAP - Reply to general information requests with the accurate information - Creation and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures - Understanding and Reporting of Service Level Agreement - Team daily work-allocation/ reporting - Team daily day-end status reporting to all stakeholders - Investigate and resolve client disputes. - Maintain Aged Trial Balance and Collection Queue. - Work with divisional finance staff to address client billings and questions.
