Job Description

Responsibilities: Draft, review, and finalize contract terms and conditions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and risk management practices. Negotiate and manage contracts with clients, vendors, and partners to achieve favorable outcomes. Ensure all contracts adhere to legal regulations, internal policies, and industry compliance standards. Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including renewals, extensions, amendments, and terminations. Provide expert guidance and support to internal teams on contract-related queries and compliance matters. Monitor contract performance, deadlines, and obligations to ensure timely execution and compliance. Proactively identify, escalate, and resolve contract disputes or compliance issues efficiently.
