Requires a degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or Biology with over 5 years of experience in ecological consulting. Must possess strong project management skills and deep knowledge of environmental legislation and biodiversity assessments.

We are seeking a Senior Ecologist to join our growing Biodiversity team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a diverse range of ecological projects while helping shape the future direction of our environmental services offering.
As a Senior Ecologist, you will provide technical leadership across a range of biodiversity projects, ensuring the successful delivery of work to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client service.
Working closely with the Regional Lead – Biodiversity, you will lead project teams, mentor junior staff, manage client relationships, and contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the service line.
This role offers a balance of fieldwork, project management, technical reporting, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership.
