You will manage the full accounting function, including accounts payable/receivable, month-end closing, and payroll for the company. Additionally, you will build automated financial infrastructure and dashboards to support partner restaurant payouts and management decision-making.
Candidates must have a completed commercial or finance education and at least 3 years of hands-on accounting experience in Switzerland. Proficiency in Swiss accounting standards, VAT, payroll, and modern accounting software is required, along with strong automation and Excel skills.

You own the numbers. All of them.
This is not a back-office bookkeeping job. You'll run the finance function of a fast-growing food company, and you'll build the automated accounting infrastructure that lets our restaurant partners run their virtual restaurant business without ever touching a spreadsheet. What you build becomes a core part of our partner product.
You report directly to the CEO and work closely with the Growth and Operations teams.
What you'll do
Run the books. Full ownership of accounting for Future Kitchens AG: accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, month-end close, VAT filings, all under Swiss OR requirements.
Prepare weekly partner payouts. Every week, 55+ partner restaurants get paid. You reconcile platform revenue (Just Eat, Uber Eats, Wolt), apply the commercial terms, and make sure every payout is correct and on time. Partners trust us with their revenue. You're the reason that trust holds.
Prepare financial statements. Monthly, quarterly, and annual statements for management, the board, and investors. Clean, on time, decision-ready.
Build financial dashboards. Real-time visibility on revenue, margins, payouts, and store-level performance. For management, for the board, and for partners. If it matters, it's on a dashboard, and it's current.
Build the automated accounting practice for partners. This is the big one. You'll design and roll out a fully automated accounting service for our restaurant partners: payout reconciliation, revenue reporting, and clean books, delivered as a product, not a service desk. Manual work is a bug, not a feature.
Run payroll. Monthly payroll for all internal staff: salaries, AHV/IV/EO, ALV, BVG, accident insurance, withholding tax, and annual salary certificates. Accurate, compliant, zero drama.
