The Production Controller oversees production cells within Maintenance, Repair, and Exchange operations to ensure builds are completed on time and meet quality standards. This includes managing tollgate reviews, coordinating cross-functional resources, and monitoring key performance indicators.
A bachelor's degree in business, industrial, or operations management is required along with 2-5 years of experience in production control. Candidates must possess strong leadership, analytical, and project management skills, including familiarity with ERP systems.

JOB OVERVIEW
Member of the production control group, the Production Controller is responsible for overseeing the production control function within a production cell of the Maintenance, Repair, and Exchange (MRE) operations. The Production Controller serves as the primary accountable person for their assigned production lines to ensure builds are started and completed on time in line with quality standards and customer requirements. The Production Controller will have the authority to reprioritize production and any support resources as necessary to meet the schedule.
