Requires a high school diploma or GED and a valid Ohio driver's license with a clean record. Prefers three years of experience in transportation, dispatch, or logistics and proficiency in scheduling software.
Description
The Transportation Supervisor oversees the daily operations of FRS Transportation to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient public transportation services. This position supervises drivers and dispatch staff, coordinates daily operations, promotes excellent customer service, and ensures compliance with FTA, ODOT, ADA, and agency policies.
This position includes both office and field work and may require occasional evenings, weekends, holidays, or after-hours response to operational issues.
