Manage complex contentious trusts, probate, and Court of Protection cases while providing exemplary client service. Responsibilities include financial management, business development, and supervising other team members.
Requires 2 to 7 years of PQE in contentious trusts and probate with strong commercial acumen. ACTAPS qualification is desirable but not essential.
