The trainee is responsible for performing equipment inspections, executing assignments from dispatch systems, and ensuring safe operation of heavy machinery. They must also follow strict safety protocols, including start-up, shut-down, and emergency procedures while transporting materials.
Candidates must be able to understand and communicate safety instructions in English and demonstrate the aptitude to pass required written assessments. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and candidates may be required to pass a medical exam and drug testing.

The estimated pay range for this role is currently $20.00-26.50/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance. More details will be shared during the hiring process.
