The Digital Associate will assist with trafficking and monitoring advertising campaigns on platforms like Facebook and Google. They will also contribute to client reporting by performing pacing updates and audience projections while collaborating with the digital advertising team.
Candidates should have at least 6 months of relevant digital experience or internship and a basic understanding of Excel. Strong attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

FP1 is looking for an Associate to join its growing Digital Advertising team. The ideal candidate will have familiarity with digital advertising placements on platforms like Facebook or Google, a familiarity with basic KPIs for digital campaigns, and an eagerness to learn and expand their capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the digital space, an excellent attention to detail, and a can-do attitude to help deliver victories for our public affairs clients.
This is a full-time position requiring 40 hours per week, with a hybrid schedule that includes both in-office and remote work. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) and is eligible for overtime pay.
The budgeted salary is $55,000 and there is an opportunity for a year-end bonus. Medical, dental, vision, 401k, and life insurance. We also offer a paid parental leave program, paid vacation and paid sick leave. In addition, we have a work from home hybrid environment.
