Nous recherchons pour notre établissement parisien un(e) MIT (Manager In Training) - Hébergement (H/F) expérimenté et qualifié.
Le/La candidat(e) doit être titulaire d’une autorisation de travail conforme à la législation française.
Un niveau courant de français et d’anglais est requis.
Poste basé à Paris.
La position de Superviseur Hébergement s’inscrit dans le programme de formation Four Seasons dédié aux futurs cadres (Manager In Training), visant à développer les connaissances et compétences nécessaires à un poste d’encadrement au sein de la Compagnie.
D’une durée moyenne de 18 mois, le Superviseur Hébergement est amené à évoluer au sein d’au moins deux services du Département Hébergement, afin d’acquérir une vision globale de la division et de ses enjeux.
Dans un premier temps, il/elle est amené(e) à découvrir et maîtriser l’ensemble des fonctions opérationnelles, ainsi que les différentes séquences de service propres à chaque entité.
Dans un second temps, en fonction de sa progression, il/elle évolue vers des fonctions de supervision d’équipe, avec pour objectif de garantir un service d’excellence aux clients, dans le respect des standards Four Seasons.
À l’issue de cette période, il/elle pourra poursuivre sur un poste équivalent ou accéder à un poste d’Assistant(e) de Direction, en fonction de sa performance et des opportunités disponibles.
Le Superviseur Hébergement est placé sous la responsabilité de l’encadrement de son service (Assistants de Direction, Directeur Adjoint et Chef de Service) et travaille en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des départements de l’hôtel.
Ce poste requiert une expérience solide en service, un excellent esprit d’équipe, une présentation irréprochable ainsi que d’excellentes compétences relationnelles, afin de répondre aux attentes d’une clientèle haut de gamme.
De fortes capacités d’organisation sont également essentielles. Enfin, ce rôle implique à terme la gestion quotidienne d’une équipe, avec pour mission de fédérer, accompagner et développer les compétences de chacun de ses membres.

Apprendre et suivre les séquences de service afin de garantir à notre clientèle une expérience de service unique et mémorable
Maîtriser l’inventaire des chambres, les catégories et tarifs ainsi que les différentes prestations de l’hôtel et leurs horaires
Assister le travail des employés en fonction de l’activité du service
Prendre connaissance des consignes du jour et assurer le suivi de celles-ci
Assurer une communication globale avec l’équipe en partageant toute information importante.
Connaître les logiciels informatiques utilisés (Opera, Hotsos…)
Apporter un appui à l’intégration et à la formation des nouveaux employés et les aider dans leurs tâches
Tenir informé le Responsable ou ses Assistants de toutes les plaintes client et trouver des solutions pour résoudre le problème.
Maîtriser les procédures de sécurité et d’urgence et les appliquer avec calme
Participer activement à la bonne gestion des différents services dans le but de pérenniser l’activité de l’entreprise.
