About the role
We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to supervise the day-to-day operations for the department in absence of the F&B Management team. This position assists in ensuring consistent and thoughtful service, and all staff adhere to Four Seasons standards.
What you will do
Support the integration and training of new employees and guide the team of Chefs de rang, Commis and trainees in their development.
Carry trays correctly, clear and straighten tables
Know the menu and each menu item and be able to explain to customers the drinks on the menu, as well as the composition of cocktails and other dishes.
Knowing how to speak and behave is essential when dealing with our customers.
“The list of tasks specified above is not exhaustive, as your role will require constant adaptation to situations of high activity and specific customer relationship management”.
What we are looking for
The ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems.
You must possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application and have fluency in French and English.
