Guest Service Officer
We are seeking a warm, welcoming, and passionate individual to join our esteemed Front Office team at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney, where every interaction with our guests is an opportunity to create a lasting impression. As a Guest Service Officer, you will be the first face guests see when they arrive and the last person they interact with when they leave – making you an integral part of our guests' experience.
Your role will be to provide a heartfelt welcome to each guest, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process, and addressing any requests or concerns with a genuine desire to enhance their stay. You will be the trusted guide to everything our hotel has to offer – from our exquisite restaurant and bar to our world-class spa and event spaces. With your deep knowledge of our services and amenities, you will have the chance to truly enrich our guests’ experience, ensuring their stay is nothing short of exceptional.
