El rol de Steward
Responsable de la limpieza y el mantenimiento del equipo de cocina y las áreas de producción de acuerdo con los estándares de calidad establecidos por Four Seasons.
Funciones esenciales
Limpiar y desinfectar todos los utensilios de cocina con las soluciones de limpieza y enjuague correctas.
Limpiar y desinfectar hornos, hervidores de vapor, batidoras y otros utensilios de cocina, así como desagües, fregaderos, pisos y paredes de la cocina.
Utilizar y almacenar de forma segura todos los productos químicos y materiales de limpieza, utilizando el equipo de protección adecuado.
Conocimientos y habilidades
Educación
Secundaria terminada o experiencia equivalente
Experiencia:
De uno (1) a tres (3) años de experiencia desempeñando el puesto
Uno (1) a tres (3) años de experiencia en un ambiente de hotelería de lujo (No es requisito obligatorio, pero se considera un plus)
Habilidades
Habilidad para leer, hablar y escribir en español.
Comprender y familiarizarse con los estándares de calidad y los estándares de servicio del hotel.
Máximo nivel de integridad y transparencia
Aplicar un enfoque ético al resultado de las situaciones.
