El rol de “Digital Marketing Manager”
Liderar la presencia digital del hotel, mejorando la visibilidad de la marca e impulsando el compromiso a través de campañas digitales innovadoras y estrategias basadas en datos. Esta función es esencial para dar forma a la narrativa online del hotel, garantizar la coherencia en todas las plataformas digitales y apoyar los objetivos comerciales. El Director de Marketing Digital colaborará estrechamente con el Director de Marketing, el Director de Relaciones Públicas y los equipos de Ventas y Marketing para alinear las iniciativas digitales con los objetivos comerciales generales del hotel.
Responsabilidades del puesto:
Desarrollar y ejecutar una estrategia digital basada en resultados en todas las plataformas digitales, incluidas SEO, PPC, redes sociales de pago y marketing por correo electrónico (LMLM). Implementar campañas innovadoras que mejoren el conocimiento de la marca, impulsen las reservas y apoyen los objetivos de ingresos.
Gestionar y optimizar el sitio web del hotel, FS.com, la aplicación Four Seasons y los sitios asociados, garantizando que el contenido sea relevante, esté alineado con los estándares de la marca y optimizado para el rendimiento de los motores de búsqueda.
Supervisar y gestionar todos los canales de redes sociales del hotel, incluyendo la creación de contenidos, la gestión de la comunidad y las asociaciones con personas influyentes. Desarrollar un calendario de contenido atractivo y supervisar la participación para garantizar un rendimiento óptimo.
Colaborar con los equipos de operaciones para impulsar la captura de datos de los huéspedes, aumentar el uso de la aplicación Four Seasons y fomentar las reseñas en línea de los huéspedes.
Curar y supervisar fotos, vídeos y recursos creativos de alta calidad para su uso en canales digitales y sociales, garantizando la coherencia con la identidad de marca y la narrativa de Four Seasons.
Supervisar y responder a los comentarios de los huéspedes en plataformas como TripAdvisor, Google Reviews y otros canales clave. Proporcionar información y análisis de opiniones a las partes interesadas internas para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes.
Colaborar con el Director de Revenue Management para optimizar las estrategias digitales que impulsan el retorno de la inversión y mejoran el proceso de reserva de los huéspedes.
Apoyar al Director de Relaciones Públicas en la ejecución de iniciativas integradas de relaciones públicas, redes sociales y marketing de influencers.
Utilizar herramientas de análisis como Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics y otras plataformas para realizar un seguimiento de los principales indicadores clave de rendimiento, generar informes mensuales de rendimiento y perfeccionar las estrategias digitales en función de los datos obtenidos.
Gestionar y coordinar la producción fotográfica y de vídeo para las necesidades de marketing, redes sociales y relaciones públicas, garantizando que todos los activos reflejen el posicionamiento de lujo del hotel.
Gestionar las relaciones con las agencias de medios digitales y supervisar la implementación de campañas, la asignación de presupuestos y los informes de rendimiento.
Experiencia
Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en marketing digital, estrategia de redes sociales o un puesto relacionado, preferiblemente en marcas de hostelería de lujo o estilo de vida.
Capacidad demostrada para impulsar la participación y los ingresos a través de canales digitales.
Conocimientos sólidos de SEO, PPC, redes sociales de pago y marketing por correo electrónico. Dominio de plataformas de análisis como Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics y Google Travel Insights.
Conocimiento profundo de las plataformas de medios sociales, estrategias de contenido y gestión de relaciones con personas influyentes. Éxito demostrado en el crecimiento de las comunidades de medios sociales y en la promoción de la marca.
Excepcionales habilidades organizativas con capacidad para gestionar múltiples proyectos simultáneamente, cumplir plazos y adaptarse a un entorno de trabajo dinámico.
