Lead the end-to-end operational delivery of ticketing across multiple venues and productions, including event builds and inventory management. Collaborate with producers and ticketing partners to implement commercial strategies and ensure a seamless customer journey.
Requires over 7 years of experience with a large commercial ticketing service provider and strong systems literacy. Candidates must possess high attention to detail and the ability to manage complex operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.
