Lead business and technical analysis efforts to translate client needs into actionable solutions and transformational change. Responsible for documenting processes, facilitating workshops, and managing workstream activities to ensure high-quality execution.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of business experience, with 4+ years specifically as a Business Analyst. Must have expertise in process design, requirements gathering, and experience working with C-level leadership in large-scale enterprise projects.
About the role
A member of the service delivery team, the Senior Business Analyst is responsible for leading business and technical analysis efforts across large, and/or complex client engagements, translating business needs into actionable solutions, and delivering transformational change and competitive advantage. Senior Business Analysts operate as key contributors and workstream leads, partnering closely with Project and Program Managers, Account Leads, and Directors. They are accountable for independently completing their workstream areas, developing client-facing artifacts, communicating with, and managing stakeholders, collaborating with fellow project team members, and ensuring high-quality execution.
