Role Overview:
Primarily complete Wireless Offsite reporting with some onsite survey, RF data collection, and signal analysis for Wireless design.
Prepare complete Ekahau designs, floor plans, RF layouts, antenna placements, and system schematics.
Analyze Test results (RSRP, SINR, throughput, coverage gaps) and propose optimization actions.
Develop link budgets, equipment lists, materials BOQ, and technical documentation.
Work closely with Project Managers, installers, and vendor partners during implementation and integration.
Ensure designs comply with operator standards.
Conduct on-site validation, system acceptance testing, and performance evaluation.
Provide RF technical support for bids, tenders, and customer presentations.
Maintain updated knowledge on latest RF technologies: LTE, 5G NR, small cells, DAS, CDAS etc
Qualifications
Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Communications Engineering, Networking or related field or relevant experience
Preferably with RF Engineering experience and relevant vendor knowledge (Cisco Catalyst, Meraki, HPE etc)
Proficient in Ekahau AI Pro (ECSE certification is a strong advantage).
