The Technical Solutions Manager provides technical leadership and oversight across FAES projects, ensuring technical integrity and regulatory compliance from feasibility through operations. This role acts as a technical advisor, integrating financial and engineering requirements to deliver customer value and reliable system performance.
Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering and be a licensed Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in British Columbia. A minimum of 8 to 10 years of progressively responsible experience in thermal or district energy, HVAC, or related fields is required.

The FAES Technical Solutions Manager is responsible for providing technical leadership, management and oversight across the FAES projects and initiatives. This role serves as a technical advisor, accountable for technical integrity across projects and initiatives. It includes supporting technical direction, establishing engineering standards, managing risk, and ensuring quality and consistency in compliance with regulatory requirements and approvals.
In this role, you will have the option to participate in a flexible work program, enabling you to work from an approved flex location in British Columbia up to 85 days a year (equivalent to approximately two days a week), subject to business or operational needs.
