The associate manages the order-to-invoice process, including order entry via phone and email and coordinating with sales and warehouse teams. They are also responsible for maintaining customer account information and troubleshooting delivery or product issues.
Candidates should have 1 to 3 years of customer account support experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and data entry. A high level of attention to detail and a passion for the specialty food industry are highly preferred.

About The Role
The Customer Support Associate
is responsible for the order-entry process for our customers, which includes interacting with customers by email and telephone. The Customer Support Associate manages the “order to invoice” process ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the order and the effective communication with the external customer and internal sales associate. In addition to order entry, this position will also directly provide support to sales with maintaining overall account performance as well as Sample requests.
This position will have a target of 40 hours per week and is eligible for overtime. This position is based in our Secaucus, New Jersey warehouse (on-site).
