Operate and monitor flotation cells, pumps, and reagent systems using HMI and DCS interfaces to optimize mill metallurgy. Coordinate with engineers and the control room to ensure safe start-up, shutdown, and adherence to safety protocols.
Requires a high school diploma and at least 2 years of experience as a flotation operator in mining or heavy industry. Candidates must be proficient with process control systems and capable of working a 14/14 rotating shift in a remote environment.

As part of the Mill Processing Plant Team, the Flotation Area Operators will be responsible for operating, monitoring and regulating various processes and equipment within the mill facility. Using a computer-based Human-Machine Interface (HMI), Flotation Area Operators involve overseeing the safe and efficient operation of pieces of equipment and making adjustments to operating parameters to optimize the metallurgy of the mill.
