This position promotes bank products and services, maintains accurate records, and complies with all bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other banking transactions.
Provide friendly and professional customer service.
Balance and maintain an accurate cash drawer.
Assist customers with account inquiries and banking services.
Promote and refer bank products and services.
Follow all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Participate in Saturday rotation as scheduled.
QualificationsQualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Customer service experience required.
Cash handling experience preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic computer and math skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy.
