The Business Development Representative will manage and convert inbound leads across direct, residential, and national account channels. They are responsible for conducting discovery calls, maintaining accurate CRM data, and achieving monthly sales quotas.
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or account management. Proficiency with CRM tools like Zendesk, HubSpot, or NetSuite is required, along with a willingness to work on-site in Denver.

Compensation: This is a full-time position with a competitive annual wage $52,000-$55,000, comprehensive benefits package (medical, dental, vision, F.S.A., 401(k)), partially paid parental leave policy, and Paid Time Off.
