The Estimator is responsible for preparing project estimates by analyzing specifications, drawings, and historical data to ensure cost-effective construction methods. They calculate material quantities, monitor client addendums, and collaborate with teams to conduct project hand-off meetings.
A Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. Candidates should ideally have 2+ years of construction industry experience and beginner knowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid software.
