The Estimator prepares project estimates by analyzing specifications and contract plans to ensure cost-effective construction methods. They are responsible for calculating material quantities, monitoring client addendums, and coordinating project hand-offs to management.
A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is required. Candidates should ideally have over one year of construction industry experience and beginner knowledge of HCSS Heavy Bid software.
