Serve as a trusted technology advisor providing on-site and remote technical support across a portfolio of client environments. Manage incidents and service requests via ConnectWise while maintaining thorough IT documentation and supporting infrastructure implementations.
Requires at least 2 years of customer service experience and a basic understanding of systems information, networking, and virtualization. A degree in IT or related certifications like Net+, Security+, or AZ-104 are preferred.
