A Brief Overview
Manage Salesforce and nCino (Loan Origination System) LOS platforms for commercial lending. Oversee platforms operations and improvements. Handle enhancement requests and set priorities. Ensure systems meet lending, credit, compliance, and company standards.
What you’ll do
· Lead and supervise the team handling daily platform support and administration.
· Improve processes, check performance and service levels, and make sure rules, changes, and user training are followed in a busy environment.
· Responsible for overseeing, optimizing, and improving Salesforce and nCino LOS platforms supporting the full commercial lending process.
· Oversee platform stability, service delivery, intake and prioritization of enhancements, and ensure configurations, releases, and reporting comply with lending, credit, compliance, and institutional requirements.
· Deliver support and improvements promptly and effectively, working with stakeholders, Technology, Risk/Compliance, and vendors to turn business needs into scalable solutions.
· Drive continuous improvement, proactively monitor performance and Service Level Agreements SLAs, and ensure consistent execution of governance, change management, and user adoption practices in a fast‑paced environment.
Additional Responsibilities
· Assist with presentations to Senior Management, Board of Directors and other special projects.
· Support with audits by sharing documents and proof about platform controls, changes, and operations.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
Bachelor's degree in business/finance/accounting/ information systems, or related field. 6 - 7 years of similar and relevant experience. 3 - 5 years of experience with banking operations, Salesforce administration and/or nCino. At least, 1 year of experience leading or supervising teams and projects.
Salesforce Certified Administrator, Financial Service Cloud Accredited Professional, nCino Platform Certification, nCino Commercial Banking Certification, preferred. Or to be obtained within 12 months of hiring.

· Strong written and verbal communication for reports, presentations, in Spanish and english.
· Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate resources effectively.
· Handle sensitive financial and personnel information responsibly.
· Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, banking software, data security protocols, and digital platforms.
· Respond to changing regulations, market conditions, and organizational needs.
· Understand and respond to internal and external client needs.
· Knowledge of laws, regulatory compliance and other financial regulations.
