The Associate Community Banker provides personalized client service by identifying financial needs and offering appropriate banking solutions. They are also responsible for performing teller transactions, maintaining client relationships, and identifying referral opportunities for other bank business lines.
Candidates must have a High School Diploma or GED and previous banking or related experience. Strong attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft programs, and the ability to perform teller duties are required.

SUMMARY
The Associate Community Banker delivers personalized client service by holding financial conversations with clients and prospects to determine their needs and provide appropriate solutions. This position is responsible maintaining client relationships, with emphasis on First Interstate Bank's Service Commitments and in accordance with our vision and values.
