Lead and mentor Financial Service Specialists while overseeing daily branch operations, including teller procedures and vault management. Drive strategic deposit growth and maintain strong community relationships in the Greeley area.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or 4-6 years of supervisory experience in a banking environment. Must possess deep knowledge of deposit products, IRA processes, and banking core systems.
