Manage end-to-end benefit plan implementations and internal operational projects from initiation through closure. Serve as the primary client-facing lead to ensure successful go-live and operational readiness.
Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of project management experience within the Pharmacy Benefit Management or healthcare industry. Proficiency in Agile/Scrum practices and PMP certification are preferred.
The PBM Project Manager is responsible for managing both benefit plan implementations and broader project management initiatives across the organization. This role leads projects end-to-end—from initiation through closure—ensuring successful delivery of client-facing implementations as well as internal, operational, and technology-driven initiatives. The Project Manager is accountable for overall project success, including timeline adherence, stakeholder alignment, and delivery of expected business outcomes. For implementation efforts, this role serves as the primary client-facing lead and is responsible for successful go-live and operational readiness. Project assignments may include client implementations, internal operational initiatives, technology delivery (e.g., platform enhancements), and enterprise programs.

The posted pay range is for a 40-hour workweek (1.0 FTE). The actual rate of pay offered within this range may depend on several factors, such as FTE, skills, knowledge, relevant education, experience, and market conditions.
