You will support the Hotel Finance team in steering the financial performance of approximately 60 hotels through rigorous reporting and KPI monitoring. Additionally, you will act as a business partner to operational teams, assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and the standardization of financial processes.
Candidates must hold a Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Management and possess solid experience in FP&A or management controlling. Proficiency in advanced Excel and financial reporting tools like EPM or Power BI is essential, along with fluent English communication skills.

💼 Your Mission
Reporting to the Senior FP&A Manager and based in Paris, you will support the Hotel Finance team in steering the financial performance of a portfolio of approximately 60 hotels (subsidiaries & franchises). You will provide responsive and rigorous financial support to the operational teams, whilst contributing to the reliability of reporting, the standardisation of processes, and strategic decision-making.
