Provide first-level IT support for hotel sites and headquarters, managing requests from qualification to resolution. Maintain operational documentation and provide administrative support for IT project coordination and deployments.
Candidates should be comfortable with digital tools and ideally have experience as a receptionist at an Adagio aparthotel. Strong written and oral English skills, proficiency in Excel, and a willingness to learn new software are required.

Notre support a pour mission de bien cerner le besoin ou la problématique des utilisateurs.
La réactivité est essentielle au maintien des activités de nos équipes.
Pour la plupart des cas, nous assurons un rôle d’escalade auprès des DSI de nos deux actionnaires et/ou de nos prestataires externes.
Vous assurez la mise à jour de la documentation opérationnelle liée aux outils informatiques (process, modes opératoires, inventaires,…).
