Tus responsabilidades

  • Durante tus primeros meses en F24, serás responsable de la captación de nuevos clientes, con el objetivo de desarrollar redes comerciales y contribuir activamente a la expansión y consolidación de relaciones duraderas con los clientes.
  • Deberás identificar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y dar seguimiento a las generadas a través de Marketing, con el fin de alcanzar tus objetivos comerciales.
  • Para ello, recibirás formación que te permitirá ampliar tu presencia en nuestra base de clientes y desarrollar actividades de upselling.
  • Realizarás revisiones periódicas de cuentas, elaborando planes de gestión que permitan identificar oportunidades de negocio con alto potencial.
  • Actuarás como apoyo para nuestros Senior Sales Managers.
  • Participarás en ferias, webinars, exposiciones y eventos especiales, tanto en formato virtual como presencial, en España e internacionalmente.
  • Mantendrás actualizado en Salesforce el seguimiento diario de oportunidades, actividades comerciales, datos de clientes y tareas de negocio.

  • Tienes pasión por la venta de soluciones tecnológicas y cuentas con experiencia inicial en la comercialización de soluciones TIC/SaaS dirigidas a grandes empresas internacionales. No se considerarán perfiles orientados a marketing o consultoría.
  • Idealmente, aportas conocimientos en Gestión de Riesgos, Gestión de Crisis, Continuidad de Negocio, Seguridad Informática o Seguridad Física.
  • Deseas contribuir al éxito del equipo, con capacidad de aprendizaje rápido y disposición para asumir responsabilidades.
  • Tienes una actitud abierta, positiva y fiable, que te permite convertirte en un socio de confianza para nuestros clientes.
  • Cuentas con sólidas habilidades comunicativas y disfrutas del contacto proactivo con clientes.
  • Manejas con soltura Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) y Salesforce.
  • Tienes nivel fluido de español e inglés; otros idiomas serán valorados positivamente.

  • Trabajarás en estrecha colaboración y reportarás directamente al Director General.
  • Formarás parte de un equipo sólido en oficina y colaborarás con colegas internacionales en distintas regiones para impulsar las ventas.
  • Trabajarás también de forma transversal con los departamentos de Atención al Cliente, Gestión Global de Cuentas, Marketing y Producto, con el objetivo común de comprender las necesidades de nuestros clientes y alcanzar los objetivos de negocio.
